I had a protective order filed on me and Clark handled it. I wasnt guilty anyways but he definitely took care of it. He has a powerful court presence. He intervened when he needed to. He was extremely attentive in court. I had full confidence with his court appearance. I read other reviews on his lack of communication; so lemme tell you this, he communicates when he needs to. I sent him emails and correspondence, and he addressed them before court/ when it really mattered. He doesnt have time to go back and forth for hours on end. So i get it. Honestly for lawyers, time is money. So he communicates when he needs to, with purpose. Dont let those reviews about bad communication deter you. He will talk before court, and he will tell you whats going on. If you need a good attorney in his practice area, I definitely recommend Clark.

My two coworkers and I were involved in a really bad motor vehicle accident last year where a semi turned in front of us as we were going 55mph, and we hit them and all three of us suffered multiple injuries and the Iowa State patrol who did a really shotty job at investigating the accident scene issued my driver 4 tickets and they had the Iowa DNR there as a witness because he snapped photos with a drone, they had the Iowa Dot there and the trooper himself and Clark tore them guys up at the bench trial, they were speechless and the end result was getting all 4 tickets dismissed, I highly recommend Clark Miljush....

Hey a good lawyer

Rick keys was the lawyer that my lawyer friend, Cartee—who doesn’t practice in Illinois—spat out when I asked for a really good criminal lawyer. He looked for the deal that would be most beneficial and one that I could be successful at. He made a real wrong move of mine with hefty consequences manageable and to have a felony status only temporary while I satisfied the courts. He was direct and has the courts respect. He’ll coach on what you should wear, how you should talk and ensures you completely understand and know what to expect. He’s a solid man and represented me fair and quickly.
