Dishonest Scammer. Terrible experience

I hired Clark to start proceedings for my mother’s will. He was very professional when I initially met with him. However, after the initial meeting, I could not get a hold of him. After 10 phone calls and 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks I fired him and asked for my money back. The lawyer I hired after this had everything taken care of in less than a week. Clark added stress to my family at a very difficult time.

Called him very nice guy was concern about what was going on and how he can help to solve it.

Mr. Miljush was great, personable and easy to work with. He handled my case quickly and communicated effectively with me regarding all concerns. If I ever need representation again I will certainly call him !

Got everything that I love

During my divorce, Clark was pretty good but not great. He was never communicative, and my ex-wife and I agreed to make things easy on each other, so how much credit I should give Clark is debatable. My concerns with him were when my ex would take a concern to her lawyer, Clark would treat it as gospel. When I took concerns to Clark, he dismissed them and the information never was relayed to my ex or her counsel. A couple of years after the divorce was settled, we received a letter stating we owed some tax on unreported income from the time we were married. Over the course of 5 months, I probably emailed Clark a dozen times and emailed him even more than that. I never spoke to him on the phone. He responded to two of the emails. I left countless messages with his office staff, always with the promise that Clark would call me back. He never did . After 5 months of no real communication or help, and more letters from the state and more accrued interest, and finally a threat of being sent to collections, I gave up and just paid the entire balance and all late interest myself. My ex got off without paying any of it. Safe to say if I ever need a lawyer in the future, I will seek out someone who will actually communicate and help!
