Lack of attentiveness and preparation
“Make sure you keep record of all the dates and times she actually works because she will miss your court dates and then charge you for them. And if she does show up instead of paying attention in court you'll be whispering to her reminding her who you are and why you're there the entire time because she's never prepared.”
