I really love black and jones. Laura and David are the best. Tracy was very welcoming and nice. I would recommend anybody to black and Jones. I'm very grateful to them.

Tracy was of great help , all experience was good , except front desk help . Laura is at times very rude , i asked for updates and she would answer rudely and say if there was an update we would call you . I understand things can be overwhelming at times but we would get that type of response 80%of the time As far as tracy she did what she had to do for us to win the case

If I could give this zero stars I would. Tracy took on my case with ups for workers comp over 5 years ago I was out of work for a year almost two and I could t keep waiting hurt or not I had to get back to work to feel my children and pay my bills I have contacted multiple times over the last 5 years and all I keep hearing is they are setting a trial date for this next month we will contact you and then never do. Not only that but they are slowly putting me in debt because I had to pull a loan against what I could possibly get to help cover food for my children and it’s growing interest every day that this case stays open.
