I called to speak to an attorney and the person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. As someone with experience in the legal field, this is not the way to treat people who are going through major life events. I understand that attorneys are busy but people's first point of contact should be someone compassionate and understanding. This person didn't even bother to understand my issue at all and gave me incorrect information. He acted like a know it all, giving me generic information I already knew, and didn't let me explain any part of my situation. He just assumed I was stupid and sent me away telling me I will probably have to "wait a few months to talk to an attorney." I called a different law firm right away and they were able to help so don't even waste your time here.

I have been denied disability twice now. I called the firm for advice and help. After a series of about 4 to 5 questions, the woman on the phone told me that I was not going to be able to receive disability because I claim an income. My income is less than 12,000 a year. I was informed that you cannot claim any kind of income if you want to be approved for disability and she hung up on me.
