I would give zero stars if possible. Worst firm in the history of bad firms. They failed every step of the way after Michael Crosby gave me a sales pitch of how well he would handle my case. They are unethical and I will be filing a complaint against this disaster of a family law firm. What a joke. They didn’t even try. Filed no motions, and after a year, they ruined my life. AT LEAST TRY. I wouldn’t have minded losing, but they didn’t even try. They got bulldozed and they turn over lawyers and paralegals, twice since I hired them. Biggest regret of my life was listening to Crosby’s sales pitch, just to hand them over my life and they didn’t even try. If you want someone to over charge you and concede on every point and you want to lose it all, go with these guys. Otherwise, look elsewhere, like even on the bottom and underneath a dirty grease pit barrel. You will find better there than at this firm. Tens of thousands gone. What a joke of a firm, and I use that term loosely as you will better off representing yourself, which I am now doing because Crosby only bankrupts their clients, they could care less about ethics or outcomes, only monetary income. 🖕🏻

Michael is very rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your time or money.

$25,000 later, no show by the lawyer today. And to find out that representation in a criminal trial that truly was perjury but not called out by paid representation lost money and face. Not worth your funding. Don’t go with them. They don’t truly represent you. They just take your money.

***Follow up...we spoke and things are finally moving along. I have dealt with this law firm since July of 2020 for a family court case. I honestly wouldn't recommend them at this point. I have had two attorneys within the firm. The first one left suddenly after the first court date, was inattentive, and in a hurry apparently to get to another appointment. He didn't listen to what I had to say and just put papers in front of me to sign while getting up and gathering his things. Now I have a new attorney, same firm. First meeting, went over what was next, outlined expenses. Had to have a second meeting to do the same thing. Have left voicemails time and again...I have yet to get a call back with one exception...I called to say there was possible covid exposure when I was supposed to meet the first attorney. I did receive an immediate call back telling me that I wasn't allowed to come in the office. I understand that there have been some staffing issues...I get that. If that's the case, then you have someone checking their voicemail. I have zero faith in this law firm. I will be submitting a complaint to the A.R.D.C. Attorney T. Crosby filed a case in court, then decided to withdraw from the case. Continued so I can retain other Counsel. I was told on 5/4/2021 that Brooke, Tyler Crosby's paralegal was swamped and I couldn't possibly get my original documents back until 5/14/2021. Called 5/14/2021, arrived at the office at 1:30 and I still don't have original documents. Have copies and what I was given was incomplete. There is one bill in the file and that's it. Attorney Crosby was allegedly out of the office, yet he popped in, stating that his firm had 30 days to turn over documents. He was rude and dismissive. They...the attorneys, the paralegals, have treated me like I was absolutely nothing. The court didn't inform me of this 30 day policy, and scheduled the case for 5/25/2021. I am contacting the A.R.D.C. I have no alternative.

They look out for the best interest of their clients up front. They don't always have good communication.
