I tried to hire this attorney, through a phone consultation he blatantly stated he only represents LANDLORDS! Without so much as asking one single question about my situation.

Brette helped us set up our business. He took the time to explain the different business options, and the pros and cons of each. He helped us with filing all of the paperwork and continues to keep us informed of what needs to be updated. He made the process easy and made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. I hired Brette Freedle in the summer of 2014. Although it was a small claims case, it was relatively complicated with a lot of emotions involved, He was extremely knowledgeable and although our styles are very different, we felt very comfortable with his approach. Brette was always very calm which was needed since I was not. As with most cases, it took longer than originally expected but the outcome was what we wanted. We won! The constructive feedback I would provide is there were a couple times that I felt he did not share all of the information he had. Again, I think it is a personality difference. I am all about the details and he shared on a as needs to know basis. Although hopefully I don't need to, I would hire Brette again and would certainly recommend him to others.

My daughter got involved with an apartment lease situation in college and Brette was able to send a couple letters on her behalf that worked out for us. He is responsive to your calls and lets you know what's up. I highly recommend anyone needing a skilled negotiator to give him an opportunity. Thanks again for being there for us!

Since becoming President of my condo. assoc. & meeting Brette, our condo attorney. I find hin to be Honest, Fair, Very Smart & Knowledgable. The lawyer I've used in my personal life before all had these qualities but Brette has 2 more, he's very personable & down to earth as a lawyer & a person. I will be using him from now on as my personal attorney for anything I need in the future & as long as I'm on the condo board, I'll do my best to keep him as our condo attorney.
