I just finished using Hupy and Abraham for an auto accident I was involved in earlier this year. They were completely professional and extremely helpful from the very beginning through the end of my case. My attorney, James, took care to answer my questions and did not press me to make decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. They made sure I had the ability to heal and took care of anything that would stress me out. I would highly recommend Hupy and Abraham if you are in need of a personal injury lawyer.

Very personable, James Carlson & Vito Manciotto and their staff did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend them.

Disappointed that Hupy & Abraham really didn't look like they set themselves apart and any 'mistakes' or 'misunderstandings' they had with the Lake County process was something I had to pay for (in the processing fees) as opposed to Hupy & Abraham taking full responsibility. I'm not sure I'd refer others to Hupy & Abraham without much advice and disclaimers. The plus side is that H&A worked cases similar to mine. The downside was that this particular office was not as familiar with the process in my county completely. If there is a case which there isn't much doubt in guilt or innocence, I suggest discussing with H&A to remove any processing fees that you'd have to pay and simply agree to the settlement percentage to cover all costs. Shame on me for not being more aggressive or firm in negotiating terms with H&A upfront. I took their experience for granted and in too much good faith. In the end, everything worked out as expected in terms of the legal aspects. However, if I'm told I have an "clear case," I would've expected H&A to be a bit more accommodating and prepared. Other areas of disappointment was the lack of punctuality and at times familiarity with my case at the courthouse. That was somewhat embarrassing to be represented like that. Also, I had to go through all of the paperwork that was provided to me by H&A very carefully as they even had the settlement distribution incorrect, due to the lack of understanding of the entire case. Fortunately, the staff at the office worked extremely well with me, but had I not been so detail oriented, I'm pretty sure there would've been even more errors.

They were consummate professionals from start to finish. They did everything they could to see that I was justly treated in my case. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking justice.
