My experience with Brassfield & Krueger, Ltd was great. They quickly took my case and answered every question I had. I suffered whiplash from a car accident. They helped me to receive the medical care I needed for a full recovery. I was also awarded a great settlement after all my care was taken care of. I can’t say enough on how friendly and caring the whole staff was to me. I was never in the dark on what was going on. I highly recommend them for any type of personal injury claim.

Highly recommend David Brassfield!! My son was in a car accident and I tried dealing with insurance company of the other party who was at fault. I kept putting off the help of an attorney for almost 1.5 years. Finally I was able to get a hold of Dave and I am so happy that I took his help. He was able to help us settle all the medical bills after negotiating with different insurance companies between my auto, health and other party’s auto. We received a settlement check with Dave’s help. I am glad we hired Dave. He was extremely honest, transparent and worked hard to represent us. I would highly recommend him.

Last summer, I lost my dad in a motorcycle accident. It was pretty clear from the beginning that it was the other driver’s fault. But, as you can imagine, I was overwhelmed. He took all the pressure off of me and updated me regularly about new reports or correspondence. I went into this thinking it could take years, and maybe with another lawyer it would have. But not with Brassfield. He worked diligently to work out a settlement and it took far less time than I thought it would to reach one that I am happy with. Brassfield made sure I understood every direction we could go with the case as well. He also cared that I lost my father and regularly made sure I was doing OK.
