My partner and I worked with Attorney Johnson on our adoption case. The whole process went so smoothly thanks to Attoeney Johnson. She took care of everything and we knew she would always keep our best interests at the forefront. I appreciate how easy Attorney Johnson is to talk to and relate to, but also exceptionally professional. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney.

$3,500 dollars down the drain from a lack of communication, false promises, and excuses of why it took 4.5 months to write a motion/petition to modify parental allocation which oddly referred to me as the mother (she/her) in the language. I switched counsel because of no movement and had $200 left from my retainer which was never reimbursed even after calling the firm’s office asking for payment. Moreover, she was unprepared for court and got talked over by the other party’s lawyer. I got the results I was looking for elsewhere.

I concur with the reviews that say lack of communication and they waste your time.

I didn't have a great experience. They failed to answer me from MULTIPLE people for months and never fixed what we discussed. And 3 years later sent me a bill.

The experience I had from this law firm was THE BEST HANDS DOWN! I first messaged back and forth with Laura Baluch which was AMAZING and helped me in so many ways. She then referred me to Benjamin David who absolutely went above and beyond for me! He is such a true caring person/lawyer who gets the job done and goes hard for his client. So all in all if you need a lawyer for a child case I would definitely hands down recommend Benjamin David.

My ex-husband has used this firm twice during family court regarding our children. The attorney he hired originally (JK) passed the case to someone else in the firm (AF) who has absolutely no clue what he is doing. I have filed all of the paperwork in regards to our parenting plan pro se. I have emailed this other attorney and his receptionist and don’t hear back from them. I even have left voicemails. Every time we have court the attorney is unprepared. The judge even asked him what our current court order said and he admitted he has never read it!! Not sure why my ex-husband used this firm a second time. It’s been a nightmare. He even called me tonight to ask if we can finish on our own because nobody will get back to him from the firm in regards to what took place last week and our new parenting plan, even after the attorney stated in court last week things would be signed and filed by the end of the week last week and not a word!! To top it off, the attorney representing him is so incredibly rude I had to file a petition just to speak because he would talk over me and tell me we aren’t there for a hearing, even though the judge told me I was allowed to speak. I filed this case. Not him. I’m allowed to speak at my own court date. Zero communication and horrible representation. Completely unprofessional in every way possible. Only out for the money by continually asking for another court date and never being prepared. It’s honestly embarrassing to even tell people this story. I couldn’t make this up if I tried.
