Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“I recently hired Laura Baluch, she couldn't of cared less about my case. When seeking an Attorney during a stressful time in life, Laura Baluch and her staff made it even worse. Important emails went unread, very poor communication and always unprepared in court.”

“The attorney he hired originally (JK) passed the case to someone else in the firm (AF) who has absolutely no clue what he is doing. Every time we have court the attorney is unprepared.”

Lack of follow-through and attention to detail
“The attorney representing him is so incredibly rude I had to file a petition just to speak because he would talk over me and tell me we aren't there for a hearing, even though the judge told me I was allowed to speak. I filed this case. Not him. I'm allowed to speak at my own court date.”
