The process of my divorce took 5 months. You will mostly be working with the paralegals which are not friendly at all. It’s an inconvenience if you call or email. Don’t expect fast responses. Absolutely no compassion either. Divorce is a difficult process but you are on your own. I had to remind them of all the demands I had. They even missed a few demands that I had required. I felt like an inconvenience to them. Mason & Tyler are kind. But they need better paralegals. I’m just glad this is over with.

Brittany was extremely helpful! She was able to help guide us through our legal situation to a successful outcome.

Everyone in this firm was very professional. They took on my case not knowing if it would go as planned. The hole team was in contact with me on my case, we worked together the hole way through. I owe Tyler and Brittany my sanity!! What should have been open and shut turned in to so much more. I believed from the beginning that I was doing the right thing for the right reasons, but I never would’ve been able to accomplish the same end result without the two of them. Tyler- he is truly a good person. He is not your typical money-hungry attorney. He actually cares and is very up front about everything. Everyone in this firm from the receptionist all the way to attorney Tyler Crosby are amazing people. They always keep it very professional and at the same time make you feel like you’re speaking to a family member. Tyler took on my case in a tough situation but he never looked away from the challenge and at the end he and his whole team made my happiness complete. My husband and I hired Crosby and Crosby Law Firm for a Grandparent Visitation case after estrangement from our granddaughter. Mason Crosby was very sympathetic to the pain and heartache that we were suffering and listened to "our story" with open ears and an open heart. He told us of the many steps it would take, the Illinois Laws regarding grandparent visitation, and the pros and cons to a case. Mason was very professional in all of our court proceedings, on the phone and in meetings. We worked very closely with his paralegal Brittany Matz who is nothing short of AMAZING! She worked diligently to try to help us achieve our goal of seeing our granddaughter and spent many long hours on our case, all the while keeping us "in the loop" of any information that arose. In the end my husband and I did drop the case as the Illinois Law for grandparents is just tough, but Mason went out of his way to speak with interested parties, and we did get a visit from our granddaughter after a year and a half of nothing, which we will be forever grateful for. Bottom line...hire this firm!!

If you absolutely, positively need to get litigious with somebody in the Rockford area accept no substitutes!!! Crosby and Crosby are your dream team, let me tell you what I mean. I left my marriage (no kids) with nothing but my vehicle, a few totes from Menards and a desire to be free. If it weren't for them I would've forfeited a house and more just to be free but they convinced me otherwise. Overwhelmed and discouraged I sat down with Brittany for hours and she helped me put together all of my financial documents to make sure I got what I deserved. Best money I ever spent and hardest I've ever fought for myself, couldn't have done it without them. Mason, Brittany and all the staff were truly my dream team!!!!
