I have been in and out of family court since 2011. I have had 3, yes 3, attorneys on my case that has literally been status hearing after status hearing for many years now. I retained Attorney Epstein's office in the beginning of June 2023. We had our first court appearance in mid-June and on that very first hearing, Laura was able to get the tables turned in the right direction which resulted in a temporary order in my favor. It continues to go well in court with nothing but my child's best interests at heart. Laura listens, advises, and fights for me and my child. I owe her a great debt of gratitude. No other attorney had been able to get results on this family case. Laura got things done...the very first day in court on this case. I called 4 times to this lawyer's office. They never returned my call in over 4 months. On my fifth call, months after, they finally answered my call. They charged me close to $500.00 to "study" my case. After that, I got about 3, maybe 4 calls from my lawyer and that's it. They never communicated with me anymore, I did not receive more information, no more updates, no more whatsoever. I ended up calling the court by myself and doing everything alone in less than one week. In over 5 calls I gave them, I did not receive the advice that I was expecting. The lawyer in charge of my case (Nicole) never communicated with me after that. I had to call again to their office, (a call that obviously was never answered) and told them not to work on my case anymore because I waited over 5 weeks for an update and never got what I was expecting. As of today, they haven't even called to excuse themselves. These types of lawyers only look to get their hands on people's pockets and do not care about anything else. Very BAD SERVICE. Very bad Communication.
