Steven and team have effortlessly closed three times for me on both the buying and selling side. I highly recommend them.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with them we closed the apartment however the lawyer was very unreliable and I ended up never receiving a remaining 700$ from the closing and after a few months of back and forth they eventually just stopped replying so i left it at that do not use them for your closing.

I called to inquire about my own personal legal matter, the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful! She lacked common courtesy and hung the phone up in my face, when I called back she refused to answer or allow me to speak with someone else. I hope I can handle what ever legal matters that I have to with them.Just so I can be done!! If you have a choice don’t choose this office.

Steve and his team are the best in their field and really know how to take care of their clients. So whether you're buying or selling real estate, give them a call!

Their services are amazing! Very knowledgeable staff and very on top of things. As for Steve, he is very down to Earth, doesn't sugarcoat things, and is very entertaining.

My fiancé and I had just purchase our first condo. Avoid this lawyers office! They did not represent us at all. They didn't verify the receipts for the problems the old homeowners were suppose to fix. We still had the same plumbing problems. After the closing the old owners did minimal damage and they didn't even fight for us to get compensated. I thought lawyers are suppose to represent you. No one ever reached back to us. I provided more than enough evidence that the previous owners lied and nothing. This was a terrible experience as first time buyers. You can chose your own lawyers. DO NOT choose this one!
