I cannot say enough for the service that we received from Michael's team. From Michael, Karen, Erin, James and Brian. They went well beyond what would normally be expected and in extremely complicated real estate transaction. They were thorough, extremely professional and very helpful.

We used this firm for the purchase and then again for the sale of our last home. Michael Angelina attended both closings and both went smoothly. Would use again if purchasing a home in the area.

I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the principles of the firm, Mike Angelina, who spent time explaining the procedures and navigation of Illinois real estate law to me while I was selling an income property from another state. Mike informed me I'd work with one of his associates, but he took the time to speak with me at the beginning and end of my services with his firm... It was an impressive experience and I felt I had maximized my selling opportunity with the assistance of his law firm. I would highly recommend his services for real estate transacting in the Chicago Area.

Firm failed to obtain closing procedure check list from the village, causing us to take extra time off from work. Firm used incorrect figure at the closing despite it was pointed out a couple of days prior to the closing. Due to this mistake, they over paid realtors. When we contacted them to correct the mistake and refund us for the difference, Mike Angelina told us to get the money from realtors. When we insisted that they correct their mistake, he tried to blow us off. To this date, we have not received any apologies or the check.
