I appreciate this law firm and Matthew A. Wood beyond what I could express right now. I needed assistance with a legal matter and reached out to Litco Law Group, after calling multiple attorney offices. I was either forced to leave a message or send an email about my concerns. When I called Litco Law Group; Matthew A. Wood answered the phone within a couple of rings. I asked if I could speak to someone about my concerns, and he asked how he could help me. I was a former client of bott & associates. I had a few documents made by them in 2022. In June of 2023 I called in several time regarding a document that was created back in 2022. After being told that someone will reach out to me regarding the document within 2 hours by one of the recipients I was basically told by Gina the head paralegal that no one would say something like that and because my situation is an emergency to me it’s not and emergency to them. The service from the office staff is the reason for my review had I know this is the type of service I was going to receive I would have chosen another business. It’s unprofessional to be speaking to in this manner 😡😡
