Put simply, Russell Rosenberg is a superior divorce attorney. His technical knowledge of Illinois law is current and is reinforced by 30 years of practical experience as a litigator, mediator and collaborative divorce lawyer. What differentiates Mr. Rosenberg is his unique ability to give “straight-talk” to opposing counsel as well as his own clients. He therefore drives efficient, effective results and generates enormous monetary savings for his clients. I never doubted his competency or ability to advocate on my behalf which gave me confidence and support during a very difficult time personally. There’s a lot of lawyers out there, but Russell Rosenberg is the cream of the crop.

Working with Russ was the best decision, as he was attentive to my case, was transparent on the steps I needed to follow, and was available when I needed him. I can only speak for Helena Trachtenberg who has recently joined this practice and was helping me at another location where she had worked. I have never dealt with Miriam or any other attorneys at this firm. Helena was helping me with my custody and child support case and she was nothing but wonderful. Very motivating and knowledgeable. She helped me overcome every horrible hurdle that my ex was throwing at me, and through her thorough knowledge of current family laws she was able to negotiate a very agreeable custody agreement and a decent child support sum for me. I will highly recommend her to anybody who's in a seemingly hopeless legal situation. Thank you Helena!
