Lynn Wypych was appointed guardian-ad-litem in my case. My case involves a major custody dispute. In separate evaluations both the custody evaluator and the therapist for the children recommended that I get decision making authority for schooling. Ironically the therapist was recommended by the opposing counsel yet still recommended in my favor. While under the parenting time of my unemployed ex, my daughter missed 37 days of school her 8th grade year and similar amounts in prior years which is why the respective recommendations from the custody evaluator and therapist were to have the children attend school in my district. Incredulously Lynn Wypych recommended to the judge that the kids go to school in my ex's district where my ex will be in complete control of their attendance. Understanding that a GAL cannot file motions, she has still done nothing over the past 3 years to advance the case to resolution. She also failed to establish any rapport whatsoever with my children and on occasion, my daughter flat our refused to meet with her. I would not recommend Lynn Wypych as a GAL.

Oh man, where can I start, I was referred to Attorney Sami by another Attorney. My mother had a very complex traffic case, and unfortunately I do not reside in Illinois hence I had to communicate with Sami from out of state. My mother speaks broken English and had multiple traffic cases against her that where not valid and was wrongfully cited for and given her inability to explain it well, she wouldn't have had a chance in court due to how complex Illinois traffic laws are. I explained the details to Sami and he was clear from the beginning with us and gave us the details on what to expect and what was needed. My mother only had to show up to court and guess what? Sami's efforts had the judge dismiss her case and clear her of any wrong doing!! Hopefully I will not need an attorney again, but Attorney Sami would be the only Attorney I would choose!!
