I would like to give a 5-Star rating to Mike Ryan. Mike assisted myself and my partners in negotiating with IDOT in the sale of a small piece of property to be used for the expansion of RT 47 in Woodstock, IL. Mike referred a great appraiser who understood the assignment of valuing the property and assessing what we would need to replace and repair when the road project was completed.
