We hired them for a Chapter 7 filing and we were very impressed by the practical knowledge and advice we got. This is NOT a cookie cutter shop where everyone gets the same minimum handling. The firm has deep experience and identifies nuance in each case necessary for a most favorable outcome. This gave us needed confidence through an anxious time. I think anyone considering bankruptcy should interview them before deciding on representation.

Jim Magee has represented me twice, for the same issue over the last 16 years. He is very understanding and reasonable with his fees and pricing. Quick to respond and address my many questions and concerns and all work performed was the exact price and timeline that he initially quoted. There were no surprises! For that, I have referred him to many of my friends and family and will work with no other! I have never worked with better attorneys or staff than the ones that their office has to offer. It's too bad that they all aren't this awesome!
