My fiancé and I just closed on our first home together. Jeff Theriault was critical in the process. Being first time home buyers, there were many things we did not understand. Jeff made sure to comb through the contract and always mention things that stood out via phone. Once we sat down in person to sign all paperwork, he made sure to double check and read everything himself while also clearly explaining things further for us.
