Stephanie, Gilbert is the best thanks for everything

I had the pleasure of working with Mollie Peskind as my attorney and would highly recommend Mollie and the Peskind Law Firm. After initially starting with another lawyer who was a solo practitioner, I found my divorce case at a stand still with uncooperative opposing counsel. That's when I decided to make the switch to Peskind Law and was assigned to Mollie Peskind. Mollie was personable and patient as I got her up to speed, making the process of switching representation a painless one for me. Not only was Mollie easy to work with, she was quick to get the case moving along once she jumped in. I appreciated how thorough she was in all communications to myself, opposing counsel and the court. Mollie conducted herself professionally, direct and forward-thinking as we worked with an opposing counsel that was a solo practitioner with a clearly overwhelming caseload. In the end Mollie was able to negotiate a fair deal to settle my divorce case. She is highly respected by multiple judges and the legal community in Kane County, and for good reason. I hope to never need her services again, but know where I will return if I do.

I was in a position I never thought I would be in and completely unprepared for. Mollie was amazing. She was kind as I cried in her office and made sure my girls and myself would be taken care of. She always answered any questions I had quickly. I can’t imagine having gone through this with anyone else. If I know of anyone that is going through a divorce, mollie is the name I give.

Although I never met Mollie in person (pandemic), she was an amazing attorney to work with. Being my first experience with an attorney/lawyer I was very intimidated and nervous, but the second we talked on the phone I knew she was who I wanted to work with. Her and her team were so friendly and fast with getting my case done and over with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
