My husband and I never anticipated that we could have our rights as parents abruptly taken from us by The Department of Family and Child Services. Mollie Peskind wasted no time reading through thousands of pages of medical records, researching similar cases, and contacting experts far and wide. Without her, we would have never found the expert physician who testified that our baby boy suffered from metabolic bone disease, not abuse at the hands of his parents. Mollie was always available to respond to my (many) emails and even called on weekends to make sure we were doing ok. She was the perfect coach through our seven month case. Stephen Peskind was the smartest man in the courtroom each and every day of our trial. He was always professional.
