Karen and Alex are very professional. Alex is EXTREMELY thorough, there was no rushing through or short cuts taken. His ability to analyze everything from A to ZZ , speak in a teaching yet comforting manner so you clearly understand all aspects of the business transaction, is what I really needed most. Alex took the necessary time to listen to my concerns, explain and answer questions without hesitation. That level of assurance has set the bar high for any other business I conduct. What a pleasure working with the Tietz Law Firm. We utilized Alex and his team to close on two home sales. Both closings went without a hitch due to Alex's communications during the process and his wealth of knowledge in this area. During the discovery, there were 18 year old items that needed to be resolved from a prior closing that were not completed. Alex walked us through to get the necessary information needed to complete and close out the old transactions. True professionals!
