“I was rushed off the phone. And then they never followed up. I called back a couple months later. Maybe they are just busy? Again they didn't follow up. Waste of time.”

Long wait times and poor communication
“I called to see if Mr. Wilzbach could answer a few questions about my stepmother's will and tell me if I possibly had a legitimate case only to be put on a 'brief hold' lasting 20 minutes.. So I hung up and called back thinking the receptionist may have forgotten about me and she acted like she could not hear me and hung up on me.”
