Allen is the second attorney I hired to handle my family matters. My first attorney, although very nice, and very cheap, but …..As the saying goes “You get what pay for”. Allen is confident, calm, VERY professional, able to defuse drama, able to recognize fact from fiction, and extremely knowledgeable in the area of family law. He and his office staff (Jennifer) are quick to respond to emails, answers to questions are in simple English and to the point, no fairy dust here. I will never use the cheapest attorney I can find again, I will stick with Allen to get the job done right the first time around.

Allen and Jill (paralegal) are amazing. We just closed on a home and we would not have gotten through it without them. Jill was 100% on top of everything through the whole process and gave great advice to us as first time home buyers. Allen fought for us during our closing (for almost 2 hours) and made sure we got what we deserved after a not so great final walk through. I won't go into everything, but we had a lot of bumps in the road and both Jill and Allen looked out for us as if we were family. We can't thank them enough and we will use them again when we go through the buying/selling process next time. I even told my fiance that if we ever get divorced, I get "first dibs" on them! I have known Allen professionally my entire career as a lawyer. He is the quintessential "lawyer's lawyer." He will fight tooth and nail for his clients while maintaining a professional demeanor in and out of court. He is no nonsense and if, and when, his client is attacked, he will neutralize the attacking opponent with an "are you kidding me?" and a brief but powerful retort or recitation of the law. In other words, he is fearless and eats "threats" for breakfast.
