I've known Karl for a few years now. I needed a trust drawn up and Karl was recommended by another attorney for his expertise and experience (trusts can be complicated). Karl was professional to work with, explained everything clearly, was dependable and returned phone calls promptly. Recently, I began the processof refinancing my home. Unfortuately, the day before the signing date , I was advised I needed last minute additional paperwork Verified due to my home being in a trust. I was very stressed and reached out to Karl. He answered my call and handled this last minute problem so I could refinance on time. Karl should wear a cape because he rescued me from a complicated situation. Go with Karl's experience and work ethic. Your legal work is just too important!
