We had a very good experience with Mr. Francis for our family based Green Card. The application package was prepared within weeks and the process is very streamlined by their Portal. All the paralegals were really knowledgeable and answered our questions promptly. Despite their busy schedule, they always checked upon us through Zoom/personal meeting until the case was approved. The interview preparation was very precise and Jae trained all the questions which are likely to be asked at that particular field office. I would highly recommend Francis Law center for anyone seeking Immigration benefits.

To start with, our case was complicated and we’ve had issues with a different immigration lawyer in the past. Attorney Jae and his staff were able to help us with deciding with our best options, straight forward with the documents that we needed and his office responds to our inquiries in a fast and direct manner. Atty Jae and his team also gave us reassurance through his regular updates he gives us. His and his team’s work and preparation (specifically how they presented and prepared the documents) even impressed the immigration officer who interviewed my wife. They really put the extra effort to make sure you get your citizenship and give you the peace of mind that we’re looking for.

My husband is from Colombia and we have been living in Colombia during the whole process of applying for my husband’s Green Card. Attorney Jae and his whole team did a great job at making sure we had all the evidence needed to show we have a bonafide marriage and have been living together for the past 3 years. My husband’s interview was on October 5th and I’m so excited to say his visa was approved!! They really made sure we were ready for any questions at the interview and we had all the paperwork we needed. We are planning to travel in November and we are just so excited. This process is long and frustrating but Attorney Jae and his team are very equipped to deal with everything. There was just one point in the process when we got to NVC I felt everything was delayed and pushed back more than it should have been and it was hard to get quick responses from people, however I believe that was due to change of office location along with some illnesses staff were facing. All in all very great people and very happy with the outcome of our case thanks to their hard work!! We are hoping to do my husband’s naturalization process with them in 3 years. 😊 If you’re looking for a good immigration attorney, I highly recommend Francis Law Center!

Ever since I met Jae and his team , I was facing a daunting task of paperwork. Jae and his team made the whole process so easy and took so much stress off of me and my wife. This is the 3rd time I work with Jae for Green card/citizenship and I really recommend his services! Let me start by saying I am very pleased and appreciative for the service I got in regard to My wife's adjustment of status Green Card. Mr Francis law center been second to none from start to finish. He puts his clients satisfaction above money and fees. The process was smooth, fast and well done. My wife's got her case approved in less than 6 months. Mr Francis is a professional and very knowledgeable lawyer you can depend on.

My wife had a somewhat complicated immigration case so we decided that it was best to talk to an immigration attorney. After intervewing several potiential lawyers we were instantly impressed with professionalism and the high level knowledge of lawyer Jae and we hired him on the spot. He immediately noticed an issue with my wifes application that could have gotten her placed in deportation proceedings that none of the other lawyers noticd. We just received our Naturalization Certificates today, it was an absolute pleasure working with Jae and his team. They are extremely organized, spent time to understand my case and then gave me suggestions on best approach. I was extremely confused about how to apply for my daughters Naturalization. They have a program where they do mock interviews with you and explain how the interview day and process works. It felt like they were lock step with you through the whole process. Jae and his team helped me reach the path to citizenship. Him and his team are reliable. I have known Jae since 2018 when I first filed my GC. My conditional GC got approved because of his thoroughness and guidance along the way. After that we moved to a different state where we had to extend my GC and Jae helped us then as well (even though we were an out of state case). Finally because of some delays with my processing we filed for Citizenship on Jae's advice. I got my citizenship today and I'm grateful for Jae and his team for helping us along the way.
