Recently, we went through COS H4 to F1 during this tough pandemic situation and got approval successfully. There were lot of restrictions, confusion and very anxious moments. Late replies, bad website design for filling up the forms.
Every time we had to refill the form from scratch, they have all the info but they still ask us to fill all the details which is total waste of time.
