I have used Ed Witas twice and had a great experience both times. They are thorough, responsive and the legal assistant Ashley is outstanding.

Hiring Ed to represent me during the home buying process for the first time made the whole transaction a breeze. Ed, with the help of Ashley, were available to speak with at all times & always had a response to any question or concern. I would recommend to all my friends/family. 5/5 stars

Unusual in that Ed and Ashley are so darn good at what they do! I would run out of superlatives describing our experience with this firm during our recent real estate transaction. Suffice to say great in every step. Wouldn’t be making a mistake hiring them. We feel lucky to have found them.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Ashley from Edward J. Witas & Associates handled both of my transactions, buying and selling. Ashley's work is phenomenal! Ed explained very well on our closing, took his time to go through each steps made sure that we understand all the details and saved us money on our closing. I will definitely use them again!

Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. My wife and I were buying our first home, and Ed and his team made the process infinitely easier to understand and go through. Ashley was on top of things and gave me very regular check ins and updates and was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. Ed is an entertaining guy who loves to banter (and eat snacks!) and he made the closing process a very smooth and enjoyable experience. All-in-all an excellent team who, despite being very busy, I'm sure, made me feel like I was their only client. Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable.
