Was considering this firm but after seeing their very unprofessional responses, I'll pass. Some advice to whomever is in charge of the internet marketing:
You cannot publicate details on the cases that gave you low scores. Instead of professionally responding to low ratings, they literally start listing off details of the case. That's a huge HIPPA suit waiting to happen. My "legal advice" to you is to delete those emabrassing responses on all of the low ratings you've received. Ghetto...
