Cutler & Associates really take care of their clients specially Atty. Stuart & Atty. John. They are really knowledgeable and both are expert.

I absolutely have had a great experience so far with Cutler & Associates specifically Stuart Swanson. Although I just recently hired them to file a Ch. 13 for us, Stuart has worked tirelessly over the past two days pulling everything together for a timely filing. He even worked on my case over the weekend which is completely admirable! Thanks so much Stuart for taking our case and working very hard to get to the finish line.

I hired Cutler and Associates at the Schaumburg location to represent me in my bankruptcy case. I was very pleased with both David Cutler, and Stuart Swanson, who ended up representing me in my case. Stuart was up front from the get go in what I should expect, the timeline from start to finish, he broke down the pricing for me and what would be the best option for me. He told me what he needed from me as far as paperwork and he and David made themselves available to me, so I felt comfortable asking them questions even though it was after hours . They and their staff responded in a timely manner and took care of everything from start to finish. I’m pleased to announce that my bankruptcy hearing was seamless.
