When I realized my only option was to file bankruptcy, I was literally nauseous. I was embarrassed that I was in this situation. I called Cutler & Associates based on their ratings and reviews...I was not disappointed! After my first meeting with David (which I was initially nervous as heck!), I felt more at ease...like the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders...that I could get through this horrible situation I found myself in, I was not alone, and I will recover and be okay...I will get my life back in order, and more so...I will get my dignity back! Communication from David, Nicole, Natalie, and Heidi while preparing for the next steps was amazing...all questions and concerns were answered in an extremely timely manner! The day before my Trustee meeting I received a call from Michelle...the attorney assigned to my case, so to speak. Just when I didn't think anything could make me feel better about a bad situation, it did...Michelle is great! So professional, friendly, very informative! She went over exactly what to expect at the meeting, and reassured me it would be fine. The next day, we met prior to the meeting, went over any last questions/concerns...I was simply amazed. I can't say enough how pleasant, professional, and informative Michelle truly is!!! Thank you to all involved, for making a not so great time in my life much more bearable!

I have to say I was petrified to even think about filing bankruptcy but knew it was something I had to do. I talked to a few lawyers before contacting David and his team and I was left even more petrified. When I was able to talk to Stewart on the very first phone call, he immediately made me af ease. Answered my billions of questions with no huffing and puffing and then I met David, he was just as great through the whole process and answered my texts or calls anytime of day because he knew I was a nervous wreck. Lastly the day before my trustee meeting, Michelle called me to see if I had any more questions I needed answered and was amazing with me as well! She called to keep me updated after the fact and even though I probably asked the same questions over and over, she was wonderful.
