We retained the services of Attorney Dennis Delman to represent our interest in a complicated real estate transaction during the height of the pandemic and was very impressed and pleased with his ability to get through the red tape of purchasing a short sale/foreclosed property in timely manner. I highly recommend Dennis Delman as a polite experienced attorney, always putting the client first and educating you throughout the process.
