I worked with Erica and her team when I sold my Evanston condo in 2019. I mainly worked with Brigitte who handled the majority of the closing and she was so helpful in squaring everything off with care, answering my first-timer questions and handling expectations on both buyer and seller parties. Smooth experience through what could have been very stressful times. I actually chose to work with Erica and her team because a few months earlier I needed notarization to get my parents out of a scammy timeshare program, and Sergio from her office was the only person that was willing to help me with that, out of the many banks/real estate law offices that wouldn’t even accept money to do that. These are good people and they treat you like humans! Hoping to recommend anyone in Skokie to work with the Minchella team, including my parents who are selling their home next year!
