The Gordon Law Group helped F Cubed, LLC (and company operating in Illinois and Indiana) resolve very complex payroll tax problems. Our payroll processor had made seemingly minor quarterly misallocations in payroll tax to the IRS which had resulted in the need to hire an attorney to work with the URS and the payroll processor. In September 2014 the IRS issued a final ruling concluding that we had properly handled the matter and a significant levy was cancelled. This result was because The Gordon Law Group worked closely with all parties to make sure the proper documents were collected and filed, and that the IRS was properly informed. They did an absolutely terrific job!
