I can attest to the positive character traits noted by other clients but above all, he proved to be a competent veteran attorney, tenacious, and doesn’t suffer fools lightly. We retained the services of Attorney Dennis Delman to represent our interest in a complicated real estate transaction during the height of the pandemic and was very impressed and pleased with his ability to get through the red tape of purchasing a short sale/foreclosed property in timely manner. Yes, initially empathetic. Lots of lip service. No urgency to the point we couldn't get someone competent because by the time we recognized the lack of effort, it was too late to get someone to properly work the case. Begged for updates. Super disappointed and did a disservice to a family in grief.
