I can attest to the positive character traits noted by other clients but above all, he proved to be a competent veteran attorney, tenacious, and doesn’t suffer fools lightly. In these types of cases, a ’David’ is required to go up against the ‘Goliath’ insurance company attorneys with their goal of minimizing or avoiding a fair settlement. We retained the services of Attorney Dennis Delman to represent our interest in a complicated real estate transaction during the height of the pandemic and was very impressed and pleased with his ability to get through the red tape of purchasing a short sale/foreclosed property in timely manner. Yes, initially empathetic. Lots of lip service. No urgency to the point we couldn't get someone competent because by the time we recognized the lack of effort, it was too late to get someone to properly work the case. Begged for updates. Super disappointed and did a disservice to a family in grief.

Barry is upfront with his clients and very good man to deal with.Very patient and returns your phone call.Havent finished our case yet but he's always following up on things.Highly reccomend him
