“Not knowing what else to do, I disputed the $2500 credit card charge that I used to pay him. About 2 weeks later on Sunday Ben leaves me 2 phone messages and calls me a third time in a panic. He claimed he didn't see any of my emails. I don't believe him.”

“Over the next month or so we communicated via phone and email to finalize details of my will. On January 12th 2023 we agreed to meet at his office in Schaumburg to sign and notarize the documents. I paid $2500 via credit card. When I got there he called to say he'd be half an hour late. His "office " was the conference room in an office complex. He forgot to renew his notary public stamp and had to borrow someone else's in the reception area. After looking over the documents there were a few minor details with the format of the trust that I asked him to correct, he assured me he would make the changes and have the final copy for me in a week. A week later I emailed him and he said he'd have it ready soon. That was the last I heard from him.”
