Dealt with Frank to set up a trust. At first he seemed pleasant enough, but as the process unfolded he became more curt and impatient. At one point telling me point blank "I don't have time for this" when I didn't understand what he was explaining. Given his hefty fees, I don't consider his services or his attitude worth the price at all.

He is forthright and knowledgable. He is honest. He does not gouge or milk people of their money. He is very personable and professional in demeanor. He is punctual. He stays on top of things and never misses a deadline. He puts his clients' needs first and foremost. He makes sure his clients are protected.
