Dave literally saved my life and fought to protect my son, when no one else would listen. Dave listens, asks the right questions, and illuminates reality. He understands emotions can be thick and sometimes even blinding. He will get what is important to the courts to defend your interests, in my case my son, my freedom, and my credibility. Divorce can be stressful enough for everyone involved, but when a child is physically injured by a third party, as mine was, it turns critical. No one wants to admit hurting a child, especially someone else's, and when accused of it some would even cover it up and discredit the one placing blame, as was done with me. False accusations were placed on me and law enforcement got involved threatened me, my brother, and my father, who weren't even involved. Dave worked quickly dealing with the police and the state's attorney, then went to court on an emergency basis halting their efforts against me. The lawyer we were up against had a reputation of being cut throat, having friends in law enforcement and has been practicing law in the same court house for over 20 years. I wish I had a picture of his face after coming out of the judges cambers from a per-trial he practically begged for. He was not smiling anymore, and was carrying paper work that was all but falling out of his hands. He tried to build something against me with no solid foundation. Dave buried his attempts with facts and knowledge of the law. My son lives with me, and I live with out fear of someone else's lies injuring me anymore. Dave is an amazing lawyer! I would have paid anything and he knew that, but still Dave never nickel and dimed me for every little thing he could have. He's honest on billing and is worth far more than what he charges. Uncontested is what he shoots for, but if that cant happen, I have no doubt he will fight for you as hard and smart as he did for me. Highly recommended attorney!

Dave Wolkowitz and his law office are absolutely fantastic! They get you the results you are aiming for! I found Dave via a Google search and after a brief read of his blog, I knew he was the perfect match for my divorce. He immediately calls you upon your request and listens to your situation. He took my case seriously, though it may have been an original one. Most importantly, there was minimal stress in my whole case due to Dave's personality. When some lawyers wouldn't touch my divorce, Dave Wolkowitz was more then willing to take on my situation and I never doubted him for a second. There are no hidden fees and he is very clear as to what you will be paying for his services. His fees are great,compared to other lawyers I have had consultations with before Dave. He works fast and responded to every single question I had in great detail so I could understand everything clearly. If you listen to his advice, you will not be disappointed. Dave Wolkowitz was very helpful in my uncontested divorce, it was relatively quick and painless, I thought it was going to be a bigger headache,(but don't worry my now ex wife made sure to still give me a headache during the process, but who can escape that?) as I was in a Same sex marriage but everything moved along smoothly, he's intelligent, sensitive, personable and organized. He was available when I needed him. Once there was a bit of time to call back, but it wasn't a rush anyway. He helped us come to agreement. Seemed genuine.
