Attorney Dave and Paralegal Sam are both AMAZING!!! I had a simple case (so my spouse and I agreed on all terms ahead of time), but I knew I’d need help to deal with the VERY TRICKY court paperwork and court specifics. Before finding this firm, I already met with 2 attorneys from different firms, discussed my situation & what I needed (basically told them “my spouse & I agree, can you file things properly so this gets done as quick as possible??”) BOTH of the other firms wanted a $5000 RESERVING fee despite KNOWING my case was “simple”….and of course if they worked longer, they’d charge more hourly if they ran through that. When they ask for that much for a simple case TO START, I felt they’d try to milk me for as much as possible. So I even considered buying one of those online court paperwork fillers & filing MYSELF…but knew that ONE TINY error would delay my case or have it thrown out even! I felt so scared and hopeless! That’s when I found THIS firm, and I’m SO BEYOND GRATEFUL I did!!! Dave and Sam take care of EVERYTHING, with only one SMALL and REASONABLE fee!!! They made the entire process smooth as silk!!! They also both answered all my questions right away whenever I texted or emailed! Sam especially has been SO SUPPORTIVE and kind, she knew I was anxious about this process so she always texted and called me within 5 mns of me reaching out to her! She’s just a wonderful person! I KNOW this is a scary and heartbreaking process for anyone, and I felt so alone and anxious until I found this firm. So I’m here to tell you that YOU don’t have to feel that way. Hire THIS firm to take care of you, so you don’t have to worry about ANYTHING. Their flat fee is so affordable and they’ve done this to try to help those of us who know our case is simple but don’t want to deal with the anxiety of filing and perfecting tricky court paperwork. I’m so grateful for Dave and Sam!

how do i begin? The woman saved my life. She is no less than a genius, badass, righteous , hero of an attorney. I found her completely by accident, and i am sooo lucky i did. I was involved in over a 5 years, nasty as the come, divorce. My ex used the court system as his vengeful playground. I have 3 kids who i stayed at home with for 16 years. i hadnt worked in 17 years. My husband tried to take everything, including my kids from me. He burned thru 4 lawyers and any income from selling our home. She made it so i would cary none of his debt, got my 50% custody of my kids, and maintenence for total 15 years. I would never had made it without her. For all of this work, she charged me 1/10th of what other lawyers charge. She is truly my hero. i can not say enough great things about her.
