This service will cost you over 9000$ that you will have to pay in installments that will devastate your credit! If you have to cancel early for medical reasons please be advised you will not be getting back the money you have put in even if they haven’t begun negotiating your settlement. They literally kept over 1000$ of the money I put in but never did anything for me . Im sadly in a worse position now than I was before . Beware

Absolutely horrible….every single aspect of this company is a flat out lie, took a lot of money and did nothing.. multiple garnishments from pay check cause of no communication, lawyer presence or intake not ever done leading to asking to remove from program so it didn’t count against them, All debit was over 30% more than intake but never seen any money back. Paid in advance for nothing. Then received an urgent ask to sign off on an amendment saying we won’t ask you to pay in advance lol after u have already charged me in advance for three years and done nothing… lol yup I ain’t signing that give me my money back

In almost a year they haven't payed anything except themselves.

I was served an affidavit for wage garnishment, white oak lawyers are never available or call back. Been a customer of white oak since November 2021!! Never missed a payment and now my check is being garnished and they have not answered any of my emails or calls. Disgusted with the firm. I have questions and I can’t get any answers 😡😡😡😡😡

All I HEARED FROM THEM WHEN I ASK FOR ANY UPDATES IS LIES & NON SENSE EXCUSES AND WHEN I ASKED FOR CANCELLATION THEY ONLY SENT ME BACK $1200 OUT OF $$3800 I PAID THEM. IF YOU LOOK THEM UP ON GOOGLE OR ANY BROWSER UNDER “BBB” REPORTS THEY ARE A SUSPENDED COMPANY SO BE AWARE PEOPLE & SAVE YOU MONEY!!!!

I really want to trust this company but I am in a point that this is getting ridiculous, I was trying to get hold on the litigation department multiple times and over an hour and finally they picked up and hanged up on me. I really don't know what's going on but I need some answer from them and tried calling back again and their phone service stating that they are already close but it's only 11:22 am... I hope you guys have a mercy to reach out to me because I trusted you guys to handle this in good faith....

Lisa Braganca was a consummate professional and her previous experience as a Branch Chief for the SEC proved invaluable. Not only did she get a fair and favorable result for the Village, but she did also it efficiently and returned the unused portion of the original modest retainer. So, at the end of her work, we got a closed case and check back.

I don’t even know if they deserve one star. Do not fall for them. You never get to talk to a lawyer at white oaks after you get set up. After I canceled them they still took a payment out of my account, I really think they are a scan, the only account they settled for me. They canceled and did not call me,, I settled all my accounts, my self,

I'm currently about to close my account with them. I signed up in April of 2023. Until a week ago December 18th I got my first settlement offer for one of my cards and it was almost double the amount of what I came in with. 2800 start off and now they want me to settle for 5800 and add another 50 dollars to my monthly fee. I also found out after Making all these payments I have only saved in my global holdings account 360 dollars after all them payments I've made. I make monthly payments of 388 and according to them most of it would be saved to be able to make settlements. How is it even possible to settle when after almost a year of payments only have 380 saved. I don't even think that's illegal especially with zero work done and my only settlement is almost 3x. Better off making settlements myself of bankruptcy. Don't fall for this trap.
