We were in the process of purchasing a home & Terrance was a horrible lawyer to work with. He was always on "Vacation", never returned our calls & never kept us up to date with anything so we got rid of him and hired another lawyer who is much better. It's like he just took our money and ran, I want a refund, I don't recommend him at all!
