Mr. Noll is the most professional empathetic and compassionate lawyer I have ever met. We met in the most unfavorable time , a very dear friend of mine was facing life in a federal prison. Thanks to Mr. Noll’s expertise my friend was only sentenced to 12 years. Now 12 years is still a very long time but at least my friend will have the opportunity to return to society and engage in a meaningful life with his family and friends. We can’t thank Mr. Noll enough I would recommend him to anyone who wants the best representation possible .
