Contacted Sorling Northrup when our estate lawyer retired in the middle of our messed up farm trust problems. They took our business and ran with it helping us maximize our inheritance. Their advise was timely and spot on. When we did not understand something, it was explained and we were always treated with respect. David Rolf took over our case when Ama moved to a different job. Both were wonderful and handled dealing with vile people with professional demeaners. We would use them again in the future in a heartbeat, but hope we never need to again. Their office staff are pretty amazing too. Great experience as we worked through a nightmare.

Michelle is extremely knowledgeable in family law. We did have a falling out over some mistakes that were completely my fault but I really appreciated the guidance and help up to this point. She is really good, make sure to follow her recommendations. Her team is equally amazing and it was a really great experience working with both. I would recommend Michelle for any family law needs.

Laken Smaha was in my family case. She approached and harassed a witness with other party at sangamon County parking lot and a police report was filed. Family law firms are only as good as their attorneys.

The attorney and auditors I have worked with for the past four or five years have been nothing but professional and thorough. I am very glad someone referred me to them. The office staff seems to have a big turn over and isn't friendly, but that is not why I am there.

Worst divorce lawyer ever!!! Unless you're a woman of course!!! She makes you speak on your own in court and gives zero advice. If you're a male I wouldn't suggest hiring her at all!!! Bad representation. Charges per phone call never in office visits. And they deleted my last review

Still waiting on my paperwork to be returned to me. I paid 500$ for 5 minutes of your time you would think I could at least get my paperwork back in a timely manner in case someone else is able to help me. I'd also consider maybe refunding some of the money beings nothing was done. 500$ for 5 minutes is pretty pricey! Especially considering the situation I didn't have the 500 to begin with I was trying not to be homeless if you wasn't that type of attorney you should probably mention that before taking someones money they might not have to begin with and then telling them you don't know much about it try this person. I guess in a nut shell I paid 500$ to be told to try someone else.......
