I have high praise for Attorney Jim Ackerman and his staff. My experience with this office was very professional. Attorney and his secretary's were regularly in communication with me either by phone or email providing updates about my case status. Even though it took some time to get the insurance to admit fault, I never had to wonder what the status of my case was. Jim made sure that I was aware about what was happening and what I should expect to happen next. After suffering a personal injury, and enduring painful recovery, it was comforting to know that my case was being handled by a skilled professional. Ackerman's office invested a lot of time and assets on my behalf in order to proceed with my claim. Having confidence in my Attorney's office allowed me to focus on my recovery, while he was fighting for justice. I would also like to add that Ackermans staff provided great support throughout the duration of the case. They were easy to get a hold of and sensitive to the pain l was experiencing from my injuries. Ultimately my case was resolved favorably and I received my justice as well as a healthy settlement check from the Insurance co. Highly recommend this attorney.
