James has been my divorce lawyer for a bit now, and he is doing the most excellent job. He is very focused, caring, determined, and helpful in all areas. He is always available to help you with any problems, questions, concerns and makes you feel at ease and calm. He knows what he is doing and will help you in the most toughest of situations to accomplish what needs to be accomplished. He is honest and reliable. I trust him most ardently. He is a GREAT lawyer to have on your side! He gets the job done!

Mr. Waller is an excellent lawyer. He successfully helped me obtain a pardon from the Governor for a crime I Committed when I was 18 years old. The process was long and frustrating to go through, but Mr. Waller kept me informed and made sure I knew what to expect at each stage. Any free consultation over phone and wants your retainer on thousand dollars. Run. My experiences are similar like to the two bad experiences customers. Once your retainer is in. Only see you in court day or close to court day. Hardly get a hold on him in person or over the phone or email. No idea what to do when things happen. When things happen, blames/problem goes to you. Right before court day, he forgot what he/his assistant told me to bring which I brought in.

Our son got into trouble while at college. Mr. Waller helped him avoid a felony conviction and worked with the school to keep him enrolled.

Based on personal experience, I do not recommend this attorney. Attorney failed to inform me on any details of my case and was very belligerent. Was unable to answer when asked very basic details of my case. Once his office received payment I did not hear back. When I suggested that him and his superior were not exercising fiduciary duty I was told to sue them and see how it works out. Very displeased with this attorney and his office.

I've had this lawyer. At first, everything seemed great until he started dodging my phone calls and emails. He will not even talk to me until my court date. Who does this guy think he is? I have no idea what's going on in this case, but it can drastically alter my life. I highly suggest finding someone different.
