I interacted with one of this firms attorneys on Facebook, Mitchell J. Kavanagh. His laughing and horrific comments condemning men and women alike for seeking reproductive assistance was jarring to say the least. Unfortunately, he deleted some of his comments but I have attached a couple. It is estimated that 1 in 6 couples globally face infertility. If you are a part of the 1 in 6 I would seek council elsewhere for an attorney. Your need to seek council may be unrelated to IVF or reproductive assistance but I would not trust him to give fair and proper council due to his self-righteousness.

This is not necessarily bad depending on which side you're on. They are not afraid to use tactics to prolong a simple process and wear the opponent down to where they are penniless and homeless in the middle of winter. If there's a loophole, they use it. They made sure we had nothing before they would even send a settlement offer after their client dropped dead at the wheel and almost killed us. My girlfriend and I will probably never work again, but these guys got free advertising. Cudos!

Trent Bush has treated our family with respect, kindness and professionalism. His office is always available for any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend Trent and this office to anyone needing legal advice.

You would think people that work here would be more empathetic towards someone who just lost a family member. Completely unacceptable how they treated my wife when she lost her mom. They were terrible getting back to her and then after not being any help at all, sent her a bill. Please no one ever use this place.
