“Instead of helping me find ways to win my case, he was laughing with the office/state's attorney, and encourage me to take a plea deal. It seemed like he was working for them more than working for me.”

“After putting down the retainer fee, I began to feel relieved. The day of my court appearance NO ONE shows up. How unprofessional is that? So not only did I pay for services that weren't ever used I wasn't even bothered with a phone call explaining what happened.”

Dishonest and deceptive practices
“If I could give the ticket clinic zero stars I would. Sure, the staff is friendly but no one has any idea what is going on in their office. After giving them $750, they proceed to block all communications from me. Rocio and Brenda neither could get me any kind of information about my case, a lawyer, nothing. Complete scam.”
